Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully before opening. Keep all packaging and shipping documents for your records. If you notice any damage, discrepancies, or issues with the condition of the item, take detailed close-up photos of both the packaging and the item itself. Buyers have two (2) calendar days from the delivery date to notify us of any issues. We are unable to honor any request received after this period. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds Since Oracle Packs and collectible prints are limited-edition collector’s items, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions: ✔ Damaged in Transit: If your pack arrives damaged, it must remain sealed in its original condition. Do not open it. Contact us immediately with clear photos of the unopened pack and its packaging. ✔ Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please keep it sealed and contact us within two (2) days of delivery. ✔ Severe Manufacturing Defect: If a print is misprinted, missing a signature, or contains a major production flaw, you may be eligible for a replacement. The item must be returned in perfect condition. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: • Opened Oracle Packs: Once a pack is opened, it is considered accepted by the buyer and is non-refundable. • Dissatisfaction with Pack Contents: Refunds or exchanges will not be issued based on personal preference regarding the prints received. All packs are randomized and part of a collectible experience. • Minor Packaging Flaws: Slight imperfections in outer packaging that do not affect the integrity of the prints inside do not qualify for returns. Return Process & Shipping Costs If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes or customs duties. Each returned item must be received in the condition it was shipped. All returns will be inspected upon receipt to verify authenticity and condition. We reserve the right to decline any return or deduct from the refundable amount if the item is damaged due to improper handling by the buyer.
