“Goddesses” generated through AI and Perfumes: Here's How Artist Daniel Salvi
Created a Multisensory Ode to Women.
MILAN - Whether you like it or not, art created with the help of artificial intelligence is destined not just to stay, but to establish itself as one of the crucial expressive mediums of the new century. Its impact is already creating a revolution comparable to that at the beginning of the 1900s, generated by the arrival and expansion of photography and cinema.
Among these innovators - the true "Nadars" of digital art - is the Italian artist Daniel Salvi, based in Milan, who has integrated AI as one of the tools in his creative process; he’s also among the very first ones in the world to have generated multisensory works that combine visual and olfactory art.
The intense gazes of the mysterious "goddesses" created by the artist open a door to a dreamlike and meditative world - between the surreal and the hyper-real - where one can enter immersively, through an olfactory experience with original perfumes created for each of the artworks.
Of each work, there is only one copy in the world: the artist thus manages to ensure that the encounter between the observer and the "goddess" remains exclusive and immersed in the "here and now," as if meeting a real person. This artistic decision is balanced by the opportunity for everyone to preview the new artworks of the artist on social media - particularly Instagram - and the website www.danielsalvi.art, where the artist is expanding his community.
The traveling solo exhibition of Salvi "Goddesses & Muses," which has already seen three editions - one in the heart of Milan, and one in the Metaverse, and one in Nerviano (Milan), dialogizing with an Altarpiece by the Italian Renaissance Master Bergognone - positions itself as a modern celebration of women, seen as the ultimate expression of the human condition.
According to the artist, the female figure is the most complete and fascinating subject, that helps us to discuss the interiority of our soul: emotions, fears, dreams, strength, and resilience. As Salvi states: "Picasso said there were two types of women: goddesses and doormats, but he was wrong: there are only Goddesses.”

THE ARTIST, DANIEL SALVI (Italy, 1994 –)
Artist and graphic designer Daniel Salvi opened his own advertising agency at the age of 21, creating international campaigns for Europe, Latin America, and China.
After graduating from the Politecnico Milan University, he became in 2018 the assistant and direct student of the famous designer Armando Milani, under whose artistic direction he organized the "Ubuntu" exhibition at the MUBA Museum in Milan: here, some of his works were displayed alongside those of Milton Glaser and Massimo Vignelli.
From that same year, he was called upon as a guest lecturer at major universities in Milan and worked as a public speaker.
From 2021, he became the Brand Communication Officer for the international association "Colors for Peace," with which he created an awareness campaign that facilitated the shipment of 21 trucks of humanitarian aid at the outbreak of the war in Ukraine.
With the association, he participated in exhibitions organized at the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and the Italian Government.
Starting in 2023, he began the series of "Goddesses and Muses" through which he explores the depth of human nature, in what he considers its purest, most vital, and universal expression: the feminine.

The Italian Artist Daniel Salvi created a Pantheon for the new millennium, where surrealism, hyperrealism, classicism, and symbolism meet in silent meditative visual dimensions.
The show "Goddesses & Muses" is a love letter to the human condition, according to the manifestation he considers the purest, most vital, universal, and full of wonder: the feminine.
The Show connects the most iconic pieces of the author into a unique journey through emotions, surrealism, and hyperrealism. Guided by a full audio explanation, the viewer will enhance their visit through the Original Art Perfumes, created for each artwork, through which they'll be able to enter even more the mystical domain of the Goddesses and Muses.
Special Performances and Immersive installations will complete the experience of "Goddesses & Muses", much more than just an Art Show, that will enchant and delight the visitors of the gallery.

When Daniel Salvi shapes the raw material coming from artificial intelligence and photography into an art that deeply talks about humanity and feelings, then a Goddess comes to life.
They are beings who - while remaining imperfect - stand out as the center of their respective universes. They invite us to get to know them, but in reality what happens is that, in meeting them, all we do is get to know ourselves a little better.
Their eyes looking at us ask us questions that transcend the facade of reality that we have built with difficulty and that look at our real being. The invitation of the artist is to take the needed time to reach the answers.

The visitors of the art exhibition have the opportunity to enter the mystical worlds of "Goddesses & Muses" and feel them in a new deeper way.

The Exhibition is provided with full product pages for each piece, together with a bilingual audioguide (English/Italian), that automatically set itself based on the language of the visitor.
THE ART PERFORMANCE
Daniel Salvi creates special Art Performances to make the visitor enter the domain of the Goddesses.
To complete the experience of the inauguration of "Goddesses & Muses", tens of visitors could access the realm of a goddess during the vision of a dream that was about to vanish, and mirror themselves in the deity they would have found there.
Like in a dream, they were alone in front of the vision: just 30 seconds, before the whole vision vanished in front of their very eyes and the gatekeeper called them back to reality. Every realization of the dream is destined to fade with the light of the day: only the sensation of having found the truth will remain. Are they going to remember what they found?

The New Immersive Experience of "Goddesses & Muses" is currently under development and will be soon available to all interested Galleries, to complete the exhibition.
